• Familiar with both hardware and software of popular gaming consoles (PS4, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.).
• Able to assist in troubleshooting basic gaming issues.
• Maintain proficient knowledge on popular games to introduce play to customers.
• Able to lift, pull and push a minimum of 50 lbs.

All crew members provide outstanding customer service experience. Working under direct supervision, this position ensures customers are greeted upon entry, informed of special events and membership opportunities, reservation and loyalty program benefits and thanked. Crew members also share product knowledge with customers, ensures products are easy to see and buy, processes customer transactions, and provides a clean, organized environment in which to play and shop. The principal business outcome for this role is higher levels of overall store performance and customer satisfaction.
