All party packages are non-refundable. We will gladly reschedule at no-cost. Controller Game Lounge has a no outside food & drink policy. A convenience fee of $50 will be charged for any outside food with the exception of cake and ice cream for booked parties. All patrons are welcome to bring in additional party decorations. You are responsible for set up and tear down. A fee of $25 will be charge for excessive decorations such as large displays and balloon towers/arches that are left on site to be discarded.
