Unlock an exciting opportunity to give back to the community while enhancing your college applications, Beta Club hours, and leadership experience at Controller Game Lounge! We are currently seeking dedicated middle and high school students to volunteer at our upcoming events and programs.

Volunteering with us not only allows you to make a positive impact on your community but also helps you develop valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. Whether you’re assisting with gaming camps, helping at our Fall Festival, or creating magical moments at Breakfast with Santa, your contributions will be a key part of creating memorable experiences for children and families. Join us to gain hands-on experience, build your resume, and have fun along the way!

VOLUNTEER TASKS/DUTIES

GAMING CAMP & DIGITAL LEARNING DAYS:

• Camp Counselor Assistant: Help supervise campers, lead activities such as Lego build-offs and board games, and provide assistance during e-sports sessions.
• Tech Support: Assist campers with gaming consoles, Chromebooks, and other digital learning tools.
• Snack Coordinator: Manage snack distribution, ensuring all campers have access to their snacks and beverages during breaks.
• Activity Leader: Organize and lead traditional camp activities such as arts and crafts, outside sports, and movie times.

FALL FESTIVAL:

• Event Setup/Breakdown Crew: Help set up and break down booths, games, and decorations before the event.
• Activity Station Attendant: Supervise and assist with games, face painting, or bouncy houses.
• Craft Vendor Assistant: Support craft vendors with their booths and interact with attendees.
• Food & Beverage Assistant: Help manage food truck lines or distribute beverages.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA:

• Event Greeter: Welcome families as they arrive and direct them to various activities.
• Photography Assistant: Help organize families for photos with Santa and assist the photographer.
• Craft Station Helper: Guide children through Christmas-themed crafts and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
• Buffet Attendant: Assist with food service, keeping the breakfast buffet tidy and ensuring a smooth flow.
