Who can use a school’s rebate code?
Anyone! Friends, family, neighbors, co-workers — as long as they enter the code when booking a party, your school earns 10% of the package proceeds.
Does the person booking the party have to attend or work at the school?
Nope! As long as they use the rebate code tied to your school, the funds count. It’s a true community fundraiser.
When are rebate checks sent out?
We issue checks at the end of each calendar quarter: March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. Please allow up to 30 calendar days to receive the check by postal mail.
How does a school get a code?
Just click the Controller icon above to request one. Once approved, we’ll send you everything you need — including a custom code and graphics to share.
What do we have to do to stay in the program?
Nothing! There’s no required paperwork, minimum bookings, or event coordination. Just keep sharing your code, and we’ll keep mailing checks.
What can schools spend the rebate money on?
That’s entirely up to you — whether it’s classroom supplies, student incentives, teacher appreciation events, or school-wide projects.
